Yesterday I went to the High Museum in Atlanta. I do enjoy museums and art in general, but I went particularly to see Annie Leibovitz exhibit. She's one of my favorite photographers, if not THE favorite. Her work is iconic. We've all seen her photographs...from the one of John Lennon and Yoko taken the morning of the day he was killed, to the picture of Nicole Kidman standing in a stunning gown swept in golden light, to so many more. The exhibit, as well as, her latest book incorporate not only the photos of celebrities and other noted individuals, but also her personal photos. The exhibit at the High runs through Sept 9.
