We had snow a couple of weeks ago.  Ada didn't remember her real first snow...which was the white Christmas we had in 2010...nor did she remember the week in 2011 where all of the upstate was snowed in.  So she got to enjoy this quick snow shower.  She really enjoyed playing in it until she got cold, and then we couldn't get inside quick enough.

Jeff's friend, George got married this past weekend.  My parents kept Ada, and Jeff and I spent the weekend (or Saturday) in Macon.  It was our first overnight without our girl...well, first time away not in a hospital.  We are so, so, SO happy for George and Liz!

Today we used our morning to start some of our seeds for the summer.  This year we are doing more heirlooms, and trying more variety instead of quantity.  Our fire pit has been prepped for the wall to start.  As you can see it serves as a moat.  We are hoping to get our hive in the next week or so.  I have so much work to do in the pots in our yard.  The pots in the back got neglected severely while we were in the hospital.  They look extremely rough!  Spring flowers will perk them up....in only a few weeks.  I feel like we are beginning to get somewhere with our plans for the year, but we still have much to do.
