So for the last month or so I've heard quite a bit about pecans. Mrs. Martha Cann has a number of trees, and boy has she and the family been working hard harvesting them. Several times I've heard orders for hundreds of pounds of pecans. I never even thought about having a need for that many, but some do...caterers and the sort. Here we are at the holiday baking season, and all those pecans just waiting to be shelled and baked into something delicious....what do you know....that's some good planning by God. Isn't it amazing how those two thing coincide?
