So I suppose I am quite a bit later than usual with today's post. Today I went to church where we began to plan for VBS (Vacation Bible School). While looking over puppet skits we ran across one we've done quite often featuring Buttercup the sheep and Penelope. So here's the parable that Buttercup so valiantly reenacts---She gets quite frightened in the skit.



Also, I had my first watermelon of the summer---so it's sort an impressionistic look.
