Canning
The last couple of days I've been canning. We haven't yet had the absolutely over abundance of produce, although it's probably coming...especially with eggplant, but we have had more than two people can eat. So I decided to try my hand at canning. I started with bread and butter pickles Tuesday, Wednesday I did dill pickles and salsa, then Thursday I did zucchini relish. I'm sure there will be more to come.
